Candid Stories - Family Sessions
Every portrait has a purpose. Providing memories or evoking emotion with the viewer are just a few. Our style is in contrast to most photographers. Our Candid approach during the entire shoot catches moments of life that focus on spontaneity rather than posed techniques. The art of capturing your unique personality and style is what allows our cameras to capture your unique nature.
Candid Stories introduces a candid element into our family Portraits. We encourage a choice of locations and poses that reflect personalities and style. This can be downtown, at a park or even at home. When it comes to kids, home is great because of the comfort factor but that doesn’t mean they will have the most fun there. For family photography, The Woodlands and surrounding areas are great for location portraits. Once on location we do our best to loosen the family and lighten the mood, that’s when our Candid style really comes into play and a one of a kind portrait is made.
Pets are family too!
Our Pet Photography was born out of love for animals and our joy of photography. Our goal is to catch those CANDID shots that every pet owner will recognize as “the look”.. the cat behind the screen looking out, the subtle tilt to the head or the lift of a paw. Through patience and persistence, we strive to capture unique, artful images that you’ll cherish now and forever. Whether they're cute or ferocious, you’ll want to immortalize your family pet on canvas. Don't worry if your Poodle, Chihuahua, Horse or even Iguana is camera shy, these little devils can't escape Candid Story photographers! Capturing the love between your family and pets is our goal.
Pricing Guide
Sessions are by appointment only and require a non-refundable 250.00 retainer fee.This fee will be applied to your session fee with the remainder applied as a print credit to all orders placed with in two weeks of viewing your proofs. All Sessions are billed at 125.00 per hour of photographer time. If you find that you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment. Your $250 retainer fee may be applied to your new appointment time. Cancellations after 48 hours will not be able to apply the retainer fee to a new session date. Limited to two cancellations
